How to Buy | How to Sell | Market Makers | Fees & Charges
Overview
how to buy & sell: Gold Bullion Securities (“GBS”) make it possible for investors to buy and sell gold via the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) and regulated broking channels
transaction size: There is no minimum or maximum transaction size, however the relative level of commissions charged by your broker or financial advisor may influence the minimum transaction size
liquidity: The liquidity of GBS is not limited to the shares trading on the ASX (the secondary market). New GBS can be created by Market Makers (the primary market) after they deposit gold in the Trust. Therefore the liquidity of GBS is backed by the liquidity of the physical gold market
fees: A monthly fee of 0.033% is deducted from the Trust’s gold holdings each month.
