Gold Bullion Securities (“GBS”) make it
possible for investors to buy and sell gold via the Australian
Stock Exchange (ASX) and regulated broking channels
transaction
size:
There is no minimum or maximum transaction size, however
the relative level of commissions charged by your broker
or financial advisor may influence the minimum transaction
size
liquidity:
The liquidity of GBS is not limited to the shares trading
on the ASX (the secondary market). New GBS can be created
by Market Makers (the primary market) after they deposit
gold in the Trust. Therefore the liquidity of GBS is backed
by the liquidity of the physical gold market
fees:
A monthly fee of 0.033% is deducted from the Trust’s
gold holdings each month.
A list of current Market Makers will be maintained on this
website. The Market Makers are those approved brokers who
are able to Create GBS by buying physical gold in the gold
market and depositing it on trust with the Custodian.

management
fee:
A management fee of 0.40% p.a. is charged to all
Holders of GBS. This fee is accrued daily but it is
only deducted from the trust gold at the end of the

creation
fee:
The Company charges Market Makers a Creation Fee
of A$750 per transaction.
This is applied to new creations only.
redemption
fee:
This only applies to investors who redeem GBS via
the Redemption Form. A flat A$1,000 fee is charged
regardless of the amount of GBS being redeemed. This
fee will not apply to investors selling GBS via the
ASX, i.e. on the secondary market
brokerage
charges:
Your broker or financial advisor will also charge
you normal transactions costs associated with the purchase
or sale of shares
