Gold Bullion Securities Limited (the Company) is the issuer of Gold Bullion Securities (“GBS”) on the Australian Stock Exchange. The Company is owned 2/3 by the World Gold Council and 1/3 by IRL Holdings Ltd (see www.irl.com.au).

The Company has been established as a special purpose vehicle, the aim of which is to offer a GBS and other related securities to the public at a competitive cost.
